In my 40 years of life as a tech leader, entrepreneur, born immigrant and now transformation and leadership coach, I have been belittled, betrayed, dismissed, gaslit, shamed, feared. I could have chosen silence, but I did not. Instead I walked through fire to build the life my heart desired.
For years, I believed I had to shrink myself to survive. Until my body said “No.” Until I said “Stop.” That was the beginning of my transformation.
The world did not have to change for me. I had to change for myself so the world could respond to me differently.

Sophie Vo has over 20 years of experience as a tech leader and coach, having guided more than 130 leaders through transformative journeys. She has studied with some of the world’s foremost teachers of transformation, including Mezaelle, Satya, and Homaya.
In 2024, Sophie made a complete transition to dedicate herself to bringing greater consciousness into leadership and business—restoring integrity, vitality, and balance to the world.
