You'll be guided with intention-setting sessions, and community connection designed to help you slow down, create space, and prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the journey ahead.
Sept 4-7: retreat ceremonies will be led by Omar M'Rabet Gomez, you'll experience a thoughtfully curated blend of:
4 weeks of integration
The real transformation does not happen in the ceremony but with the integration phase. You'll be guided with group sessions, and new habit practices to integrate gently the ceremony insights.
